You were darkness.
For an eternity, but you knew nothing else.
And the darkness was infinite.
But you did not know what you were as darkness.
For you, the darkness you were was being.
Then I came.
I came, and I was the light.
For a long while you did not understand.
“What are you?” you asked.
And I answereD: “I am the light.”
And you said: “Then what am I?”
And I said: “You are darkness.”
And I said: “You are darkness, and I am here to bring you into the light.”
